Loyalty Program

All customers of Harvard Alpaca Ranch are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Program. Whether a purchase is made in the Alpaca Shop at the Ranch or Online, all customers acrue points on every purchase. For every purchase, customers receive 3% of the purchase price in points that translate to future discounts. When the Loyalty points reach a value of $10, the discount becomes available for use in the Alpaca Shop or Online. Loyalty points remain active 18 months, at which point they expire. If you have any questions on the Program, please feel free to contact us. This system replaces our older text-based system that was initiated in September of 2025.
